Three steps to fitness and weel being
Take good care of you. Combine a physical activity with healthy food habits. Here are some tips:
The meals:
Avoiding meals is useless. Eat when you are hungry and take the time to enjoy meal. It's important to program meals at a fixed time, with at least a 4 hours interval. An apple, a dairy product or slice of whole-wheat bread could be a good snack choice.
The menus: Fat, sugar or too much salt must be avoided, as sodas, rich in fat meals, alcoholic beverages... Choose vegetables instead, make healthy combinations and vary menus.
Hydration:
Drink at least 1.5 litter of water each day, and do not forget drinking a glass of water just after waking up.
