Skin hydration : moisturizing
 

Skin hydration and moisturizing are statistically the first need of a woman.
 
Dermatologists suggest as important, hydration of the skin.
Hydration is not a surface phenomenon.
- Avoid water vaporization during daytime.
- Adapt non-aggressive skin care, do not use hard water (usually in cities), choose thermal water sprays for cleansing your skin and dry it without scrubbing it.
- Choose textures adapted to your skin type (light emulsion for a mixed or oily skin type, unctuous cream for dry skin).
 
Most of all protect your skin against pollution, exposure to air-conditioning, extreme heat and do not forget to put a sun block cream even in town.
 
As for the body, use products that are soap-free.
 

For your hands, choose cotton
gloves,mild soaps and creams that

your hands properly.

Drink approximately a litter of water
by day. Drinking more will not
ameliorate the hydration of your skin.
Do not expose your skin frequently to
water.
Do not forget to think about your hair.
Use shampoos that treat gently your
hair, hair masks and serums.
For restoring cell hydration, you could
use vitamin supplements that have long-term effects.
Hydrate yourself in a proper way and you
will feel smooth in autumn.
