Winter is approaching: so help your organism raise its defences and find a good fettle!!

interior (use essential oils diffusers to clean up the air in the house–Wash your hands regularly
-Choose a diet rich in fruits, vegetables that will help you strengthen your immune system (antioxidants like A, E, C vitamins, selenium, zinc…reinforce your organism)
-Continue your outdoor activities for eliminating toxins and stress
-Think also maintaining your intestinal flora by consuming probiotics that can be found in food like yoghurt or other dairy products.
