Do you feel slumped?
By the end of winter, you feel irritated, nervous, tired, exhausted...these are all signs of fatigue.
If you wake-up in a state of tiredness, you should probably try some tips that could be proven very relaxing and could loosen you up!-Hydrate your body (1.5 l per day)
-Eat healthy and equilibrated (variety of food, rich in nutrients)
-Practise physical exercise (use stairs instead of elevator)
-Take a rest and relax
-To boost you up, try a treatment of vitamin C and oligo-elements
If you don't achieve to sleep, relax yourself...lie down on your back; inhale progressively through the nose and exhale smoothly through the mouth.
Repeat this exercise (10 times at least);
it will help you slow down your cardiac rhythm
and fall asleep. You can also
try natural supplements such as herbal solutions, or infusions.
